Ski & Boot Valet needed at Vermont Ski Resort

Ski & Boot Valet attendants provide friendly assistance as guests check their equipment in and out. Through superior customer service, communication, and organizational skills, valets maintain a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently and accurately managing storage areas.

Valet’s manage ski/ride equipment and serve as an information source for guests. Duties include greeting guests, checking equipment in/out, processing any charges for products and services, answering guest questions and providing information about our Sugarbush Resort and the Mad River Valley.

Excellent customer service and communications skills are necessary. Requires the ability to multi-task efficiently while always exhibiting a professional demeanor through an outgoing and enthusiastic personality. Strong communication skills with a variety of people are essential. Experience in a mountain recreational environment is preferred. Candidates should have a basic familiarity with utilizing computer systems; experience in cash handling/recording is a plus. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalency diploma. Requires availability to work weekends and holidays.
