Sport / Adventure / Waterfront Staff needed in Hancock, New York

HILLTOP IS HIRING: Staff who can teach SPORTS (soccer, lacrosse, flag football, touch rugby, volleyball, softball, basketball, gaga), ADVENTURE (high ropes course, low ropes course, climbing tower, skateboarding, mountain boarding, mountain biking), WATERFRONT (lifeguards, swim instructors, sailing, paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking, waterskiing, wakeboarding, barefooting). All staff also work as counselors in cabins. We are also looking for staff in Arts & Crafts, Music, Drama, Dance, STEM, Circus Arts, Nature and Equestrian.

ABOUT HILLTOP: est. 1924, private/independent co-ed sleepaway summer camp, 2-8 week sessions, campers are 6-16 years old, located in Hancock, New York 2.5 hours from NYC, offers over 60 indoor and outdoor activities and is a a safe, nurturing, non-competitive and structured environment

HILLTOP STAFF MUST: be 19+ years old, want to nurture and work with children, are responsible, caring & mature, have Camp Spirit and believe in the power of community

HILLTOP OFFERS: A Paycheck – base salary with add-on for experience, certifications and leadership roles, Room & Board, Leadership Opportunities, 21st Century Skills, Professional Development, College Credit/Internship (depending on eligibility), Training & Certifications. $2,300 base salary with add-on for experience, certifications and leadership roles.
